The WE LIP Settlement Partners Information Communication Exchange (SPICE) Committee hosted its third Professional Learning Circle on September 15, 2017. Over 80 staff members from the City of Windsor and Windsor-Essex settlement organizations attended the half day event which was held at the Windsor International Aquatic and Training Centre.
