Policella Farms is a 25 year old family institution that was pioneered by Harold Policella along with his two teenage sons Domenic and Rick. Born out of the Detroit Produce Terminal Market, where our American warehouse is still located, it gave us a unique understanding of our customers and their needs. Starting from these meagre beginnings a strong work ethic was instilled within the company that remains today. The entire Policella family is still involved in the fresh produce industry in one way or another from grower, food safety, marketer, material handling and logistics.We are collecting data to better understand who is looking for work and what kind of opportunities jobseekers are searching for.
