An Open Doors Employer is a company or organization who welcomes in students (or provides staff) for experiential learning opportunities like tours, speaking engagements, or placements (ex: co-op, apprenticeships, or internships). Employers – if you have staff and an atmosphere that will get students excited about your industry, list your experiential learning opportunities today and get your future workforce in the door!

  • A company or organization offering placement opportunities (ex: co-op student, apprenticeship, or internship).
  • A company or organization who is willing to provide tours to student groups looking to learn more about their industry.
  • An individual who wishes to participate in speaking events for students (ex: on a panel events or in an informational interviews).

Employers who wish to offer placements and work integrated learning opportunities for University of Windsor students should contact employer@uwindsor.ca or visit their dedicated webpage.
