ServiceOntario will be launching a pilot expansion of health registration and renewal services for International Agri-Food Workers at seven additional ServiceOntario centres. The pilot will be launching on April 19, 2023.
Below is a list of the pilot centres:

The pilot centres will be able to complete the following transactions for International Agri-Food Workers:
- First time and returning worker health card registration for work permit holders under the Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program
- First time and renewal health card registration for other closed work permit holders under the Temporary Foreign Workers Program
- A specific employer must be named on the work permit
- The named employer must be in the agri-food industry
- Extension letters from Immigration, Citizenship, and Refugees Canada cannot be used at these locations
- Family members of workers cannot be processed at these locations
When visiting a pilot centre, make sure to arrive prepared:
- If requested, book an appointment in advance
- Bring the original work permit
- Bring the original passport
- Seasonal Agricultural Workers:
- Bring a completed Seasonal Agricultural Workers Registration form
- Temporary Foreign Workers:
- Bring a completed Registration for Ontario Health Coverage form
- Bring an employment letter confirming the residential address
