He has been instrumental in developing and executing strategic plans and programs. He excels in stakeholder management and program management, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. His experience spans various industries and countries, allowing him to leverage his multicultural background to build strong interpersonal relationships and promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
He is currently working as Human Capital Management Consultant in the Strategy and Advisory at Sability Inc. In this role he is responsible for the delivery of HR Transformation and Change Management services.
Prior to his Human Resources roles, Zoheb has worked in service delivery role in the not-for-profit sector and is excited to leverage his skills and experience to contribute to the success of Workforce WindsorEssex.
