On the evening of Sunday, September 17th, 2023, the TeaMWork Project attended North Lambton Community Health Centre’s International Cultural Celebration Event at the Forest Royal Canadian Legion Branch 176. Gathering before 6pm, the celebration was an opportunity for the community to come together and celebrate and learn about each other’s culture. Eating delicious food from around the world, there was plenty of food to go around! The night was full of entertainment and music as well, with many karaoke performances as well as live music performed by Orlando Valencia! There was also a group beginner Bachata dance lesson from JP & America with Latin Fire Dance Company
. Prizes were raffled at the end of the night, with two new bicycles being given away to attendees. A great night of cultural celebration and fun
