The City of Windsor is the System Service Manager (SSM) for Ontario Works funding and services for the Windsor and Essex County Region. They also provide Employment Ontario supports.
Understanding that WE Value clients would be referred to Ontario Works, and that many of the information captured in social services were similar to those details we have, and knowing that Ontario was moving in a direction of life stabilization, we met with the City of Windsor.
The future discussions, that led to an MOU, started to allow us the opportunity to explore synergies in data and information sharing to support the success of our common clients.
