Collège Boréal hosted their Beyond Borders event at Kingston Park in Chatham, this weekend! There were over 100 migrant workers from Jamaica, Thailand, Guatemala, Chile, and Mexico in attendance, receiving information from community support agencies that help migrant workers in Southwestern Ontario. There were games at the event as well as prizes given away to winners and attendees.
There was also food for all in attendance, with delicious burgers being barbecued. A great opportunity for Migrant Workers in Chatham-Kent to become more familiar with the supports and resources available to them while in Canada.
