Women aged 35 to 54 years old were most likely to view job postings for Administrative Assistants. Administrative Assistant positions were most commonly in office settings, including legal practices, construction sites, and banking institutions.
Customer Service Representative jobs were viewed relatively equally between women and men, though interested male job seekers were often younger than female job seekers. Older job seekers interested in the positions were often male, including those between the ages of 55 to 74 years old. Positions were available at a variety of businesses, including those hardware stores, car dealerships, and insurance companies. Positions were also available for bilingual candidates.
Retail Salesperson positions were viewed for full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities. The positions for salespersons and servers were most viewed by women aged 15-24 and 35-54 and men aged 15-24.
Food and Beverage Serving positions were viewed most often by women, with approximately one-third of interest by women.
Females were more likely to select Receptionist jobs than males. 39% of job postings were viewed by females between the age of 35 to 54 years old. Many of the jobs chosen were for medical receptionist positions, including in dental, chiropractic, and clinic offices.
