Open the doors to your future workforce!!

An Open Doors Employer is a company or organization who welcomes in students (or provides staff) for experiential learning opportunities like tours, speaking engagements, or placements (ex: co-op or internships).

In the next few months, Workforce WindsorEssex will be launching the Open Doors Opportunity Board with the collected listings of the Open Doors Employers/Participants. This board will be used by educators and students to search for Experiential Learning Opportunities in Windsor-Essex.

Who can create an Open Doors Listing?

  • A company or organization offering placement opportunities (ex: a co-op student or intern).
  • A company or organization who is willing to provide tours to student groups looking to learn more about their industry.
  • An individual who wishes to participate in speaking events for students (ex: on a panel events or in an informational interviews).
