Phase 1 of the Local Employment Planning Council pilot project in Windsor-Essex has wrapped up as of May 31, 2017, with the successful completion of 12 internal and 2 external research projects.
These projects have contributed to improving labour market conditions by bringing together key partners and community leaders to help from their inception to adoption.
