Supporting Women Migrant Workers!
Last weekend, we joined South Essex Community Council – SECC in Leamington for an empowering session on self-care and available resources for women migrant workers. Hector Diaz from the TeaMWork Project connected with attendees as they learned about skincare tips, self-care strategies, and the supports offered by SECC under the TeaMWork umbrella.
Each participant received a TeaMWork planner, flashlight pen, and a branded backpack—equipping them with essential information and tools for their journey in Canada.
We also met 14 new ESL students and shared TeaMWork kits with them!
