Michelle is an accomplished executive and purposeful leader with over 25 years of international corporate experience in private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. As a highly skilled implementation strategist and an insightful collaborator, Michelle has successfully lead organizations through transformation initiatives, significant human capital and labour relations strategy, crisis management, and the establishment of effective and collaborative community partner and government relations platforms. Michelle is a dedicated servant leader which is reflected in her contribution to a variety of sectors and initiatives that are focused on supporting and serving the community and some of the most vulnerable groups in society.
Michelle holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree (Employment and Human Rights Law) from Leicester University, a Chartered Director Designation (C.Dir) from McMaster University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario.
