Janelle Abela is the CEO and Founder of Diverse Solutions Strategy Firm, specializing in leadership development, communication strategies, and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). She brings over a decade of experience across public and private sector organizations, creating responsive education and training programs, conducting organizational audits, shaping inclusive policies, and inspiring innovation by addressing the evolving needs of today’s workforce.

Janelle is also founder of the Thought Leaders Society, providing a space for regional leaders to develop their skills and nurture collaborative growth, a corporate training instructor at St. Clair College, reviewer for the Journal of Research in Childhood Education, and a keynote speaker. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Education in Indigenous and Social Justice Education, and is currently a PhD candidate, where her research explores barriers to implementing sustainable workplace training.
