On March 12, 2021, the WE Value team presented to policy makers at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
This important meeting, with approximately 12 professionals was an incredible opportunity to share learnings, successes and hopes related to the Partnership and Service Delivery Improvement Funding.
We were provided 3 hours to speak, and stayed almost 5, participating in a very lively and broad discussion.
Some of the discussion topics we covered were:
- Staff transition to new NAARS model
- Staff and partner training for consistency
- Skills of the team that implemented the project
- iCARE compliance
- Referral prioritization
