As a part of our partner engagement in various communities, Workforce WindsorEssex has led the introduction to WE Value, as well as all training on the K2 Partner Portal. However, in new communities where Workforce WindsorEssex may not be as well known, the crossover between organizations can be confusing for partners looking to see how they fit into the service delivery model.
On April 6th, the WE Value team met with Claudia and Roxanne from Owen Sound and Sarnia/London, to train them on how to best deliver the WE Value Partnership introduction presentation.
Throughout the training, specific adjustments were made to the presentation as well, to clarify the roles of participating organizations.
