The Elevated K2 Partner Portal View allows affiliated partners to view more information related to the clients that have been referred to their organizations.

After this update is implemented, partners will have two levels of access:

Traditional View allows partners using the K2 Partner Portal to:

  • View basic client information (preferred language(s), length of time in Canada, age)
  • View client contact information (phone number and email)
  • View driving statements linked to referrals
  • View actions linked to referrals
  • Send referral details by email
  • Update status of referrals (Distributed and Complete)

In addition to the features listed above, Elevated View allows partners using the K2 Partner Portal to:

  • View the client’s profile information (including education, employment and language background)
  • View the client’s assessment details (including capacities and assets per the 14 settlement categories)
  • View the client’s referrals to all organizations
