With a system and staff ready to get to work for clients, we also worked to ensure that the assessment space was well suited to welcome a family, and provide adequate comfort when talking about future goals, aspirations and settlement needs. The team worked to source form local artists for prints, and brought calming colours, textures and furnishings into the space to create that calming environment.
Further, the space has allowed for staff to set up multiple monitors in various spaces, whether at the board table or at the coffee table, to guide the client through their assessment.
