Event Highlights: Hospitality Dinner at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, Wheatley, ON
This past Saturday, we had a wonderful dinner following the Spanish Mass! The TeaMWork Project sponsored the event with Tim Horton’s coffee and donuts, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Workers showcased their culinary skills with delicious Guatemalan food, fostering a sense of community and solidarity.
Collège Boréal joined us to promote their ESL classes and other services under the TeaMWork umbrella, providing valuable resources to our community. We distributed summer kits featuring backpacks, summer shade hats, safety vests, informational resources, and even gifted a Bluetooth speaker to a lucky contest winner!
A special thank you to Father Ben for blessing the food and making the evening even more special. The event started right after Mass at 8 PM, and it was heartwarming to see so many workers from come together.
