FreeIndigenous Programs and Community Development – Program Delivery Branch, in collaboration with the Citizen Services Branch, invite you to an MWSP Information session focused on ‘Access to Employment Insurance Benefits for Migrant Workers’. The presentation will focus on the following topics:
- Eligibility Criteria and Barriers to Benefits
- EI Contributions based on Work Permit
- Temporary Residency Status
- Processing Delays
- Application Rejection and Appeals
- Access to Information
- Access to Benefits Post Employment (Outside of Canada)
