Costante hopes to further WFWE's goal of communication and facilitation among our workforce, education, training, and businesses.

Costante graduated in 2008 with his MBA from the University of Windsor. During his university career, Costante acted as a business counsellor for the UWSA student government, winning several scholarships. He was also awarded a co-op position to shadow the former president of the University of Windsor, Dr. Ross Paul.
One of Costante’s most notable achievements has been his work with the organization Students in Free Enterprise. Costante began the non-profit organization with the commitment to create economic opportunities for unemployed citizens, new immigrants and students through entrepreneurship and small business. SIFE has since grown into a well-established student organization. Costante has won numerous regional and national awards for his efforts.
