Unemployment rate drops to 8%
Windsor's unemployment rate for July 2011: 8% According to Statistics Canada, employment in Ontario, employment declined by 22,000 in July. Despite this decline, employment growth over the past 12 months stands at 1.6%, similar to the national growth rate.
